Children are constantly having their photos taken and every parent would enjoy doing it. We love documenting every stage of our child’s growth, and such photos are some of our proudest possessions. At the same time we wish we could photograph children the way professionals do.
Find out some simple and fantastic photo ideas that would aid you while you take photos of your children next time.

Not only photographers can look at the world a different way. Just tell your kids to choose a different perspective, and allow them to literally let their hair down in all the flexible positions. You will be surprised to see the result.

A small trick you can have with two kids – just ask them to pose for the camera, and secretly tell one of the kids to make a face just when the photo is taken – most of the time you wont have to tell them
. It gives a sense of spontaneity to the photo.

Making faces: Just the opposite of what you would tell a kid to do normally. But, given the chance, you have the opportunity to get a once in a lifetime snapshot!

Kids and oversized sunglasses go great together. Just tell them to wear dad’s sunglasses and look at the camera through the window. Your kids will flaunt the picture to their friends saying, “look, me in the driving seat”
PS: Be careful.

Children are fascinated with mirrors. Just leave them in front of one and watch them draw, make faces, blow on the mirror and what not – most of the time they would be so engrossed that you have a free photography session!
